Therapy is not a path you walk alone. It is a deeply collaborative process—one built on trust, curiosity, and compassion. I tell my clients I will never be the expert of your life, but as a guide walking beside you, I will hold space as you uncover your own truths and gain the confidence to be the expert of your life.
Often, the people who find their way to therapy are strong, capable, and deeply caring. Yet beneath their strength, they carry quiet storms—patterns of self-sabotage, cycles of overthinking, and the relentless weight of self-doubt. These patterns can leave you feeling stuck, unsure how to move forward, and disconnected from the person you know you could be.

Together, we will slow down and gently explore the stories you’ve been carrying. We will shine light on the parts of you that have been hidden or silenced, not to judge or fix them, but to understand them with compassion. In this process, healing becomes less about “getting rid” of what hurts and more about embracing your full humanity—messy, beautiful, and whole.

Our work will be more than talking through symptoms. It will be about cultivating wholeness—helping you feel grounded in your body, connected to your emotions, and aligned with your values. My mission is to help you remember what has always been true: you are not broken, and you are capable of healing.
